Return & Exchange Policy

At YingMei Trading Store. We value your satisfaction. That's why we offer a 20-day return or exchange policy. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please be aware that items labeled as "Final Sale" are non-returnable. Additionally, sale and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return/Exchange Conditions:

- All items must be returned in their original condition, without being worn, washed, or altered, and with all tags still attached.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure their safe return.
- All items must be returned in one package.
- Return/Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as the original delivery.
For international orders, We can only accept returns/exchanges from the country where the order was originally shipped. For instance, orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US.
- Customized items cannot be returned.
- The return/exchange process is not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
Certain items, such as underwear briefs, jewelry, makeup, and skincare products, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Swimwear briefs and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitary liner strip is intact.
- Faulty items can be returned.
- We reserve the right not to accept any return/exchange if the product shows signs of wear, use, or alteration from its original condition. If we propose to reject your refund/exchange, you may choose to have the product sent back to you at your own expense.

How to Return an Item or an Entire Order: We've made the return process as simple as possible for your convenience.

Step 1: Contact our Customer service team to initiate the return process. Provide the following information: 
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the faulty product

Step 2: Return your receipt and the items to the original packaging.

Step 3: Complete all three copies of the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form, insert them in the transparent envelope, and attach them to the package without sealing them. These documents are necessary for customs purposes, so please ensure all three copies are completed.

Step 4: Hand over the package to the courier. After the courier has checked the return shipment, securely close the package.

Refund:

Upon return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded in case of returns. Please allow 4-7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed once it reaches us. If your return does not meet the specified conditions, the package will be returned at your own expense. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been accepted and processed.
